For health and safety reasons, opened adult products (toys, lubricants, consumables) are non-returnable unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund.
Unopened Items
Sealed, unopened items (lingerie, accessories, gift boxes) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will ship the correct item at no charge.
Boudoir Photography Packages
Session deposits are non-refundable. Full package payments may be transferred to a rescheduled date with 72 hours notice. No-shows forfeit the full session fee.
